It’s month 4 of my In Color Club & this month we’ll be making cards starring Powder Pink! Beautiful, soft color! Get ready for some fun stamping!! Here’s what we’ll be making this month…
I knew I had to come up with a piggy card! Hope everyone likes the others!

Sunday, Sept 17th at 1 pm, my house

This club has been really fun and I want to thank all of you who’ve joined me!! Next month will be our final month. Let’s do a In Color Swap!! Ruth (in Pennsylvania), you, too!! There’s 16 of us!! Let me know if you want to participate- Do it!! You’ll end up with 16 fabulous cards!!
Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you’re finding some time to stamp this weekend!
This is the first time I used this set: Happy Birthday Gorgeous. I just love the images! This idea was CASED from Mary Anderson. I’m not sure if she has a blog, but she should!! Click HERE for her Pinterest Page.
To make this card, I decided on a sentiment and circle I was cutting out. I used a circle 1 size smaller for a mask, then just stamped around the circle. And take a look at the Classic Weave Ribbon. It’s so pretty & rich looking!!
The sentiment is from Better Together. Perfect for birthday, wedding, or any congratulations card.
Would you like to make this card with me? Now’s your chance! July Cards, Etc. Class will be offered 2 different dates:
Saturday, July 29th at 2 pm or
Monday, July 31st at 10 am
$10 or FREE with your $20 order
There’s no “etc”, this month, just 4 pretty cards. RSVP ASAP to hold your spot in class!
The more I use these new In Colors, the more I just LOVE THEM!!
I was asked by my BFF Susie (my Honolulu buddy from single days…) to make a special card for her friend who was retiring from teaching. Special card makes me think: Card in a Box!
Aren’t those colors gorgeous?!! And I thought the chair & drink were the quintessential “retirement”! The beautiful Designer Series Paper is called Naturally Eclectic. I paired it with the In Color Designer Series Paper called Fresh Florals.
The sentiments from Wild About Flowers mainly focus on retirement. Notice how the word retirement is 2-toned. That was simple to do because the word retirement is a separate stamp. I stamped it in Lemon Lime Twist, then just dipped the bottom in Fresh Fig.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Hope you’re inspired to play around with some of the great new In Colors! Be sure & continue the HOP for more 2017-2019 In Color Ideas!
Next be sure & continue on the blog hop to see more In Color ideas!
It’s birthday time for the Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspiration Team! This card features the new In Colors in a big way!
CASEed this beautiful card from Mary Alice Bellis, who makes some gorgeous cards, by the way! This card was just what I was looking for to add to my In Color Club samples for June!
I just used my sponge daubers to add some color behind the cut out part. Each card is unique & so pretty!
There’s still time to join my In Color Club! $40/month & you’ll receive all the In Color supplies for that month plus 4 cards to give you lots of ideas! I’d love to have you join even if you’re not on Maui! I’ll send you a different set of colors each month. I’ll have you pay postage please (around $7). The club lasts just 5 months… 1 month for each In Color.
Here’s the SSINK Card Sketch 46 for June. I love how these sketches make me come up with my own design, instead of just searching Pinterest (although I do love Pinterest!).
I could have stamped some splotches on the upper left, but I decided to try out my new Eclectic Layers Thinlits Dies. Absolutely LOVE these!!
Here’s what I came up with:
Isn’t that cutout fun!! And I could use the little diamond shapes for a shaker card! The ribbon is Fresh Fig Finely Woven Ribbon (1/2″) and it’s really soft & easy to work with.
Here’s a tip for stamping clear images when you’re using tiny fonts: I tried stamping the sentiment using my Fresh Fig Ink Pad, but it was very “juicy” and kept filling in the l’s and o’s. Then I tried just using the brush side of my Fresh Fig marker and it worked perfectly!
You’ll find all the supplies at the bottom of this post. Who else loves these thinlits dies?!! This will be one of the cards we’ll be making for the July In Color Club where the starring color will be…FRESH FIG! The club members will be receiving everything Fresh Fig in July… Cardstock, Ink Pad, refill, ribbon, marker, and the Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper Stack! Plus bows & glitter shapes just for signing up!
Would you like to join us? There’s still time! It’s a 5 month club where we focus on 1 In Color each month. For $40/month, you’ll have ALL THE IN COLOR SUPPLIES by October! If you can’t attend the club meetings, I’ll make up the cards for you & send them over with your In Color items for the month.
Now go to the SSINK Card Challenge 46 to see other samples. And just for fun, please enter our challenge! Can’t wait to see what you come up with!
I’m excited to offer a new club that will go for 5 months only… June – October! We’ll be focusing on the new 2017 – 2019 In Colors. Details in the photo collage above.
I already have a very fun, enthusiastic group that will meet the 2nd Monday of each month at 10 am at my place in Haiku. First date is June 12th.
I’d also like to start a weekend club for 5 months. The days/times will depend on what the group wants, so let me know!2017
Here’s what you’ll have by the time club ends in October:
Plus bows. Mine are buried somewhere in my fun room…
I’m offering this club to my non-Maui friends, too! It will be $40 plus $7 postage each month. You’ll receive all the products plus supplies and instructions to make 4 cards using the color of the month! Stamps not included. You’ll need to use what you have at home. Hope you give it a try! It’s a great way to get some beautiful products that coordinate nicely!
If you are on Maui, please stop by my New Catalog Launch Party this Sunday, from 1 pm – 3 pm! Lots going on in that 2 hours and you won’t want to miss it!!
Today the Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspriation Team has a Color Challenge! I usually go for pastels, so I always welcome a challenge that forces me to try new things. These colors are very pretty together. Cucumber Crush is leaving us, though!! We’ll be changing In Colors very soon, so now’s the time to stock up on your paper, ink, & ink refills!
