Just for fun, I sent out a few things to my downline, the Maui Big Shots! Their assignment was to make something using these supplies:
The paper was from Serene Scenery DSP Stack. They also used White Perfect Accents, Mini Paper Clips Combo Pack, & a circle from Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies. It’s amazing how different all the cards turned out!!
I have a very creative & fun team & we love getting together to stamp & share ideas! I wish I would have taken a photo of the inside of Helen’s card…a huge bug-eating spider! Beth should get extra credit because it looks like she’s the only one to use her paper clip!
Here’s what I came up with:
I paired Crumb Cake with Dapper Denim & added Crushed Curry & Cajun Craze. The sentiment is from Layering Love.
Anyone interested in joining my team & becoming a “Maui Big Shot!” let me know! If you sign up before this month ends, you’ll receive 2 FREE STAMP SETS OF YOUR CHOICE! Most sign up to get the 20 – 25% discount. But there are so many more benefits! Friends, fun, & getting creative!
Leave us a comment about our cards! I think they did a great job & love how different they all are!
I just love the Cupcakes & Carousel Designer Series Paper Stack! The colors & designs are just gorgeous!! And I really like working with the size of the paper stacks (6 X 6). The Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspiration Team is featuring this Suite today!
I needed another Congrats Card for a new team member (yea!!) and used Cupcakes & Carousel DSP Stack and the matching stamp set, Carousel Birthday. And just to tie it all together, I added some items from Cupcakes & Carousels Embellishment Kit!
I had to make a special card for this occasion, so I made this fun fold card. I think it’s called an “Explosion Card”.
This card is very simple to make! I’ll try to explain here:
Start with a 6 X 6 sheet of Designer Series Paper. Score at 3″. Turn & score at 3″.
Score diagonally down 1 side. Fold as shown in photos. Glue onto card base as shown.
Clear as mud?!! Hope you understand it! I plan to have a “Fun Folds Card Class” in March, so stay tuned…
Fun projects today! The Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspiration Team will be focusing on Valentine 3-D items! I want to show you a pretty way to give out some Hershey Nuggets.
Hershey Nugget Bag Details:

Had a fun Team Meeting today and I wanted to show off our swaps!

I also celebrated a surprise $700 BONUS I received from Stampin’ Up! I didn’t see this coming! This was for having 5 Qualified Recruits!! They each got these cute little mailboxes.

Today the Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspiration Team will be showcasing TAGS! I’m showing off a tag that I stuck on top of some cute Mason Jars that I sold at our Maui Big Shots! Craft Fair this last weekend. The sentiment is from Oh What Fun. I think I’ve used that set 100 times in the past 2 months… Along with the Layering Circles Framelits Dies!
You can see I just fussy cut the banner & popped it up using Dimensionals.
Here’s a picture of some of my team at the Craft Fair. I’m very blessed to have such a fun, hard-working, supportive team!!
Found these pretty pink & gold clipboards on sale, so I’ve made up a few Desk Sets to sell at the Maui Big Shots! Craft Fair next weekend! I think they’re really fun & pretty & girly! The gift set includes the clipboard, journal, stand-up calendar, post-it note, & pen. Selling the set for just $18 & I only have a few, so let me know…
Lift the cover & what do you find? PINK POST IT’S! This set is NOT about less is more! Ha!
Be sure & stop by our Holiday Craft Fair this weekend where you’ll find a huge variety of Handmade on Maui gifts!!
I’ve finally had a little time to start making some things for our Maui Big Shots! Craft Fair, coming up December 3rd & 4th, from 9am – 3pm in Kula, Maui.
These make a pretty & very useful gift for most anyone, and I’m selling them for just $5 each. Shipping is just $6, no matter how many you order. They come in lots of different color combinations and I have a limited supply. You’ll need to hurry to place your orders before they sell out!
Leave me a message if you’d like to order some of these! Thanks so much!
A couple of weeks ago I got over my head with a Stamping Class! It was immediately following a Downline Meeting with my group, The Maui Big Shots! I was basically prepped for my Christmas Gift Class, but had some texts & emails on Friday when I was at work. I knew I would have to prep for a few more, but I figured I could do it during class time.
I ended up having 15 – 16 people at class!! I still don’t even know! Great problem to have, huh?! I had no time at all to cut more things out. I’m so grateful to several of my downline who stayed to help!!
I learned 2 important things from this class, actually 3:
Always prep a little more than you need!! The more organized the better!!!
Don’t use the same supplies for different projects (unless you have duplicates). I was using Real Red Ink Pads in 2 of the projects (with 1 ink pad) & had to constantly look around for the ink pad!
Third thing…I can count on my friends!! 🙂
I just realized I should have made a pitchfork, not a broom. Oh, well. I know they’ll enjoy the little gifts they find inside! Thanks again, gals!!
