Today is the official Sale-a-Bration Kick off Day and I’m excited to be a part of this huge Sale-a-Bration Blog Hop!  Sale-a-Bration seems to get better every year, and this year is no exception!!  They’ve even added a couple of amazing products that are free with any $100 order.

First I should explain what Sale-a-Bration is… from January 3 – March 31, 2018, you can earn FREE PRODUCTS for every $50 you spend from Stampin’ Up!  CLICK HERE and look for the Sale-a-Bration Catalog to see all the products you can get for FREE!

Finally, I’ve come up with a cute project you can make using $50 in supplies, which would earn you a FREE Sale-a-Bration item!

I’ll list the items here to make this cute set of notecards:

  • Whisper White Narrow Note Cards & Envelopes  $8
  • Tutti-Frutti 6X6 Designer Series Paper  $10
  • Fruit Basket Stamp Set  $16
  • Tutti-Frutti Classic Stampin’ Spots  $9
  • Tutti-Frutti Washi Tape  $8

Total for this project = $51 = 1 FREE SALE-A-BRATION ITEM!

So, I was thinking about ways to make this into a DELUXE project using $100 in supplies & earning you a FREE DELUXE Sale-a-Bration item!

I’ll list the items here to make this cute DELUXE set of notecards:

  • Whisper White Narrow Note Cards & Envelopes  $8

  • Fruit Basket Bundle (Fruit Basket Stamp Set & Itty Bitty Fruit Punch Pack)  $35
  • Tutti-Frutti Classic Stampin’ Spots  $9

  • Tutti-Frutti Adhesive-Backed Sequins  $7
  • 2 1/4″ Circle Punch $18 (perfect for lining your envelopes!)

ICS Blog Hop – Join The Fold Beautiful You

Welcome to a special Inspire, Create, and Share blog hop! We recently attended On Stage in Salt Lake City with 2,700 demonstrators to see new products, hear training, and connect with friends. Our team met for dinner and to swap cards designed with fancy folds. Meeting together is the best and of course we want to share the fancy fold card designs with you!

The front of my card starts with this Beautiful You girl.  Beautiful You combined with Eastern Elegance.  Wait till you see when you open it up!!

Isn’t that cool?!!  I’m calling it a Pop Up Book Card.  I found a similar one on Pinterest, but had to convert it to fit into a standard sized envelope.

I’m not sure how to explain the fold, but here’s a diagram that I’ll be using when I make it again.

Does that help at all?  With some encouragement, I might try to make a video (my first!)  of this fun fold!  That’s something I want to challenge myself to do. But I am a bit technically challenged, as you may have noticed!  I had to laugh when I returned from On Stage & looked at my blog posts that I’d made on my IPad.  The pictures are sideways & upside down!!  Oh, brother!

Being a demonstrator means you meet people from all over the world, get to travel for events, we get the first peek at new products. Only demonstrators get the opportunity to attend Stampin’ Up! events to see the new catalog in hand, use the products, and the perk of bringing home new stamp sets, projects, and sometimes more! You can join one of our teams and receive all of these demonstrator perks. You select your starter kit, it is $125 in product but you only pay $99 and includes free shipping. Just ask your demonstrator where to get started to sign up OR if that is me CLICK HERE!

Be sure and continue on this blog hop!  Next up is Audra Monk, who I met at Salt Lake!  She’s so sweet and has a wonderful blog!  You won’t want to miss any of these very creative folds!  And please leave us a few comments!!

On Stage Day #1! Salt Lake City

We’re here at Salt Lake and we’re so excited for day one of On Stage!  Mary and Aimee, two of my downline, are with me and my husband Pat is our  chauffeur.

Here’s a few shots of the Stampin’ Up! headquarters. Friendly people and you’re surrounded by beauty and creativity! Very inspiring!

We are off now for a little exploring in some breakfast before registration. Hopefully we’ll see some pretty leaves! Thanks for stopping by and I’ll post more pictures soon.

SSINK Halloween Fun Tags & Trimmings

Happy Halloween!!  Have you ever purchased a whole bundle ($53) just to get one stamp?!!  I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who’s done this…

That’s what happened when I saw this sentiment:  “It’s what’s INSIDE that counts”!  Had to have it!  Here’s the bundle called Tags & Trimmings:

I’m sure you’ll see more projects on my blog in the next couple of months where I use this bundle!

These little bags (Mini Treat Bag Thinlits) are one of my favorite things and they’re so cute & simple to make!!

Here’s a picture of a class I had recently!  The items for the pencil holders are retired, but the rest are current Stampin’ Up! products.  You can find all supplies at the bottom of the post.

Hope you had a fun time making a few things for Halloween!!  I sure did!  Head over to the SSINK Blog Page to see more Halloween Fun Ideas!
