In Color Club Featuring: Berry Burst!

I’m so excited to get started with my In Color Club!!  This club will go for 5 months only… 1 class for each new In Color.

Today I want to give you a preview of one of the cards we’ll be making in June (AKA Berry Burst Month!).

I’m loving this color!!  There’s also a touch of Powder Pink & Fresh Fig on there if you look closely.  Did you notice there’s no stamping on this card?  Don’t worry, we’ll do plenty of stamping on the other cards we make!  I CASED this card from Brian King, making just a few changes.  Thanks for the idea, Brian!!  All supplies listed at the end of this post.

There’s still time to join my In Color Club!  $40/month will get you ALL THE IN COLOR SUPPLIES by the time October comes around!  And I’m opening this up to my on line customers who can’t be with us on Maui!  $40/month (plus shipping) and I’ll send you the supplies along with the cards (prepped or finished up, whichever you prefer).

On Maui, I have 2 clubs set up, so you can attend either one (5 months- June – October)

  • 3rd Sunday of each month at 1pm (beginning June 12th) or
  • 2nd Monday of each month at 10am (beginning June 18th)

Feel free to attend some Mondays & some Sundays if that works better for you.

SSINK September Blog Hop… It’s a Mystery!

As you hop along, please be sure to comment and show some love on every blog! We are always excited to hear from our followers! You should have just left stop number 5, Jennifer at Jenny G Paper Stamps on the Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspiration Blog Hop. If so, you are in the right spot. If a link doesn’t work or you get off track, you will find the full blog hop lineup below.

This month’s challenge was to make something using 3 items mailed to us from another team member.  Fun!!  I received a card from Jennifer Gregorsky, a Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspiration Team Member, with 3 beautiful items!  I totally forgot to take a picture of them- I was so anxious to make something.  She sent me a piece of Petals & Paisleys Specialty DSP, 5/8″ Striped Mint Macaroon Ribbon, & a gorgeous leaf cut out of a Copper Foil Sheet.  Here’s what I made:

Maui Big Shots! Homework

Every 2 months the Maui Big Shots! (my downline) get together to share ideas, do some stamping, and eat!  They had some homework from last time and I couldn’t wait to see what they did with it!

Their assignment was to make something with the supplies they were given:

  • Lost Lagoon Card Base
  • Mint Macaron Card Stock
  • Real Red Card Stock
  • Real Red Satin Ribbon
  • Metal Rimmed Pearl

They didn’t have to use all supplies and could add things of their own.  Here’s the results:

Maui Big Shot Homework Oct 2015 (2)

Marylou made this beautiful card using a stamp set that I can’t remember…  Marylou, comment & tell us what that is!  I love the dazzling diamond sparkles and the gorgeous lace at the bottom!  Marylou just couldn’t make the red work!  That was definitely the biggest challenge!

Maui Big Shot Homework Oct 2015 (3)

Francine made this striking card!  And she says she doesn’t do cards well…  Hmmm…

  • Flurry of Wishes
  • Snow Flurry Punch
  • Scalloped Tag Topper Punch

Maui Big Shots! Homework Oct 2015

Yvette made this gorgeous card!!  Wow!  Must have taken a lot of concentration to line up those little ornaments so well!

Maui Big Shot Homework Oct 2015

Here’s what I came up with.  That red!  It was really hard to use that but I just LOVE the results!

  • Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
  • Lighthearted Leaves
  • Leaflets Framelits Dies

PLEASE VOTE for your favorite and leave comments below!!  I’ll give a special prize to the winner!

Doggie Punch Art
