Today’s theme for the Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop is “It’s a Guy Thing”. Last week when I was sorting through my retired stamps, I was happy to see that Hardwood is still current! That set has just been sitting there for some reason & I’m determined to get a lot of use out of it!
I just love these 2 colors together: Soft Suede & Soft Sky! The large Happy Birthday needed something in the background. Gorgeous Grunge may be retired, but we still have Timeless Textures! There are some beautiful patterns in there!
Is the torn edge out of style? I don’t see it much, but I think it fits with this card.
I’m also linking this card to the Stamp, Ink, Paper Challenge #102!
Thanks for stopping by today! Be sure and follow along with the Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop for more masculine card ideas! Next up is Audra Monk, the Crafty Yogi!

Well done. Masculine cards are one of the hardest for me along with sympathy. I will CASE this😁
Thanks Annette! Masculine cards are a little difficult & I really don’t like to make them all brown! Ha! I’d love to have you CASE it!
Very nice, Cheryl! I’m definitely casing your card. I hadn’t seen torn edges in quite some time, but recently the technique has resurfaced on several blogs that I follow. Maybe it’s a summer thing?
Hi Connie! Thanks so much for your comments & I’m flattered that you’ll be CASEing it! Yea!
Love it Cheryl! I love the torn edges as well!
Thanks Terri! Glad to hear that people still like the torn edges…
I love your card Cheryl! I forgot how much I love light blue and brown together! Thanks for the reminder!!
Thanks Nichole! I like to add a little color to my masculine cards!

Audrey… that was actually a STAMP! Retired, of course, but wasn’t that a great one?!! Sorry I’m no help. But you can usually find a good substitute and a new catalog will be out in around a month!!
