Today the Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspiration Team is CASE-ing our team member, Tobe Buffenbarger.  Tobe makes beautiful cards and here’s her card that I chose to CASE:

I liked this card, mainly because of the Washi Tape!  And just the whole layout.  Here’s what I came up with:
