Magical Mermaid… It’s a Girl Thing!

Welcome to the Inspire, Create, & Share Blog Hop, where today’s theme is “It’s a Girl Thing!”  I’ve made a fun shaker card staring the lovely mermaid from Magical Day.

Sparkles & mermaids.  I think that qualifies as “girlie”.  Love these colors!!  This will be one of my cards in the April Card Layouts Class.  In this popular class, we’ll make 3 different cards using 1 layout.  If you make your own card at home & post it on our group FB page, you’ll be entered in that month’s drawing for a prize!  Here’s the dates if you’d like to join us (3 dates- same projects):

  • Saturday, April 21 (11am – 1pm)
  • Sunday, April 22 (11am – 1pm)
  • Monday, April 23 (noon – 2pm)

Are you wondering where I got those “bubbles”?  Those are the little Silica Beads that were in all the albums I purchased for the Card Layout Class participants!  I know you’ve thrown out tons of those… now you’ll have to save them for your Shaker Cards!No automatic alt text available.

      Thanks Ginger. I’ve googled it to see the danger of using those beads. Looks like they are a choking hazard & possibly cause dehydration if swallowed. Thanks for the heads up!!
