Masking Technique Using Morning Star

I’ll bet when you first glanced at this photo, you thought it was Designer Series Paper. No, it’s all stamped! I’ve just “masked” off part of the card to create this effect. You can make this beautiful card and learn more about the MASKING TECHNIQUE at my March Technique Classes:
