Summer Nights
What a beautiful kit! Fireflies, Mason Jars, Tea lights, and a summer carnival! The colors are so pretty… Blackberry Bliss, Calypso Coral, Coastal Cabana, and Night of Navy.
I ordered the add-on kit, which was a great deal! 20 cards and envelopes that coordinate with the July 2020 Paper Pumpkin Kit for just $10! I started with one of the card bases, folded the edge back 1 1/4″ and added a piece of Mint Macaron cardstock that I’d embossed with Meadow Moments Embossing Folder. Then I tied a piece of the Navy Baker’s Twine and made a bow. All the embellishments were part of the kit!
Here’s another Fun Fold- a simple Gate Fold Card:
I used my own Calypso Coral card base, but the rest is all in your kit!
Saved the best for last… a Shaker Card!
I love the way this turned out! I just used the Mason Jar Punch and dome to make a quick Shaker Card. And I’ve done the mail experiment… Hawaii to Michigan with NO PADDING! I wouldn’t necessarily recommend doing it that way, but my card made it there perfectly! You’ll just need to add the stamp for an extra ounce and write “HAND CANCEL” on the envelope.
The fireflies stamp really clearly and there’s a tiny stamp for the light in it’s tail!! I stamped that in Daffodil Delight and Winked it with Stella to add the sparkle!
