Five Minute Watercolor Card with Video
Did you know you can make a Watercolor Card in just five minutes?! It’s really pretty simple and quite fun! Today I’ve used the Stampin’ Up! Painted Poppies stamp set to create a beautiful card to share with you. The image I’m using is one of my favorite images from the Annual Catalog.
Painted Poppies
There is also a handy BUNDLE available to help you with cutting out the images. See supply list at the bottom for details.
A few tips:
- Use Watercolor Paper or Shimmer Paper. It will turn out better than doing it on Basic White.
- Use enough water, but not too much! Just practice & HAVE FUN WITH IT!
- Don’t blend all the colors together. The imperfections make it more artsy!
- Let it dry completely before stamping over it or trying to glue it down.

Hope you’re inspired to give this a try!
