This month we’ve decided to give you a sneak peek of the Stitched Stocking Suite (#168236), which will be available for purchase on July 1st. As quilters, Malia and I were instantly drawn to this suite! The quilt-inspired designs feature stockings, presents, pine trees, holly, and festive patterns that are perfect for holiday crafting. Even better, there are coordinating ribbons, Designer Series Paper, and sparkly adhesive-backed buttons to complete your projects.
For my card, I used strips of A Stitched Season Designer Series Paper to create a colorful quilt-block design down the side of the card. The stitched tree and present die cuts, along with the button accents, add just the right amount of texture and charm. The bright Real Red background makes the quilt pattern pop and gives the card a warm, festive feel.
