Welcome to Week 2 of my 12 Weeks of Christmas series! This week, I’m sharing a fun Standing Pop-Up Christmas Card that’s sure to surprise whoever receives it!
What makes this card so special? It folds flat for mailing, but when you open it, it pops up into a beautiful display! Wouldn’t this look pretty sitting on someone’s mantel or table during the holidays?
Twinkling Tidings Christmas Tree
For this card, I used the Twinkling Tidings Stamp Set and All Wrapped Up Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up!
I stamped the smaller tree using Old Olive ink and the larger tree using Peaceful Pine ink. To give the tree a little Christmas sparkle, I heat embossed the star on top with silver embossing powder. I’ve also added Wink of Stella to the tree.
The Twinkling Tidings Stamp Set can also be used with the Hot Foil System, but I wanted to show you how beautiful it looks using just stamps and ink.
This was my first time making a standing pop-up card, but it definitely won’t be my last! It’s such a fun design, and I can already imagine using it for birthdays, thank-you cards, and all sorts of other occasions.

This fun fold is a wonderful way to show off one of your favorite stamped images! Choose a beautiful flower, Christmas tree, or other focal image and let it take center stage when the card pops up.
