Today we’re shining a spotlight on one of our team members: Tina Zinck-Macdonald. Tina is truly a techniques expert! She has an incredible library of videos featuring techniques I haven’t even heard of. I decided to go back to one of my longtime favorites: Emboss Resist.

Heat embossing is one of my favorite techniques. I never get tired of watching the powder melt and come to life with that beautiful shine! For my card, I heat-embossed the coneflower in silver and then used Blending Brushes to add color over the top. The embossed image resists the ink—revealing this soft, glowing look that I just love.
