Cheers to You!
Today I’m sharing a fun cheerful card inspired by the Bicycle Tag layout on page 37 of the 2025–2026 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. I loved the layered look and decided to recreate it with my own twist using the Cheers & Sips stamp set and coordinating dies.
Here’s what I used:

Paper: Basic White, Pretty in Pink, Celebratory Sips DSP

Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento, Pretty in Pink

Embellishments: Strawberry Slush & Pretty in Pink Gems, Iridescent Striped Trim
I added sparkle with Strawberry Slush gems, a foiled frame, and that cute umbrella — and tied it all together with Iridescent Striped Trim!
