Forever Blossoms With Golden Garden Designer Specialty Acetate
Today I’ve used the Stampin’ Up! Forever Blossoms stamp set to create a beautiful, yet simple wedding card.
This card looks so elegant when you see it in person! I’ve layered Golden Garden Designer Specialty Acetone Paper over a sheet of Fine Art Floral DSP and chopped it into 5 1/4″ x 4″ pieces to make 8 cards.
My card design was inspired by As You See It Challenge #244. Flirty Flamingo with Blushing Bride & Petal Pink are my favorite colors!
This is one of the cards we’ll be making in the CREATIVE FOLDS CLASS next week.

This is an elegant card, Cheryl! I like the way you’ve layered the acetate over a different pattern and used the reverse side of the acetate (unless that’s just the photo :-)). It’s a simple and stylish design yet the colours are indeed warm and inviting. Thanks for playing along with us at As You See It Challenge.
Thanks for your comment, Jan! The acetate actually has a gold side and a silver side- so you can choose. I always enjoy the challenges at As You See It!
Such a pretty card, Cheryl.
Thanks Jolanda! Glad I finally got myself to chop up that gorgeous Acetate paper! It was so simple!
Those are lovely cozy colors, Cheryl, and the acetate layered over it is a beautiful technique I love the addition of the Fine Art trim as well…adds a warm touch! Thanks for playing with our challenge this week at As You See It!
Thanks so much, LeAnne!
This really exudes warmth and richness, Cheryl, with the red and gold layered together! I love how you’ve layered the sentiment with that rich ribbon! Thanks for joining us at As You See It Challenges!
Thanks so much, Heather! Love the challenges at As You See It!
The pink paper beneath your acetate layer definitely adds warmth to your card Cheryl, as does the gold-flecked ribbon. Thanks for sharing with us over at As You See It this week!
Thank you, Joanne! Love your challenges at As You See It!
