Meant to Be Wishes Card
Today I’ve used the Stampin’ Up! Meant to Be Bundle along with Petal Palette stamp set to create my card to share with you today. I was inspired by a similar card made by Chris Smith in 2013. Thanks for the inspiration, Chris!

My card design was inspired by Watercolor Wednesday Challenge (WWC203) where the theme is “All About Occasions”. This started off as a Valentine Card, but I think it’s PERFECT as a wedding card!
Hexagon Embossing Folder
I started by cutting the Thick Whisper White card base 4 1/4″ x 11 & scoring in half at 5 1/2″. The next layer is Petal Pink 5 1/4″ x 4″ that I embossed using the Hexagon Embossing Folder. I think this adds so much to the card!!
Then I stamped a heart from Meant to Be, which you can find in the 2019 Occasions Catalog. I cut it out using Be Mine Stitched Framelits (you can purchase both of these as a bundle & get a 10% discount!). I used the 1/8″ Handheld Circle Punch to punch a hole in the heart, threaded the variegated ribbon through the hole & tied a knot. Then I placed dimensionals on the back of the heart to pop it up a bit & taped the ribbon to the back of the Petal Pink cardstock.
The sentiments were stamped in Petal Pink using the Petal Palette stamp set, then using the coordinating Petals & More Thinlits. The sentiment on the card front was adhered to the card using dimensionals, then decorated with Clear Epoxy Shapes.

It is a perfect wedding card! I’m not usually drawn to pink, but this is really pleasing to the eye. The hexagon embossing folder looks wonderful as the background. Reminds me that I haven’t used mine in a while. Thanks for joining us at Watercooler Wednesday.
