Today the Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspiration Team is focusing on TRAVEL. How appropriate! Pat & I are flying out today to Seattle for a week before we board the Explorer of the Seas for our Alaska Cruise!! As you can imagine, we’re pretty excited!
Travel Organizer
I want to share this Travel Organizer I made using the Best Route Suite. It’s not only practical for holding your tickets & passport, brochures & receipts… it’s also really pretty & fun!
This organizer starts with a file folder, making it sturdy. And it comes with pockets ready to go! All you have to do is do a little cutting & pasting, & embellish with supplies from the Best Route Suite. Whatever you like. I find it best when I’m buying supplies from Stampin’ Up! to focus on a suite so that I have everything that goes together! The Best Route Suite consists of En Route Stamp Set, Best Route Designer Series Paper, Best Route Cardstock Pack, Best Route Enamel Shapes, Best Route Washi Tape, Maps, Etc. Embossing Folder, and Best Route Memories & More Card Pack.
Here what you see when you open the 1st page… pockets that are the perfect size for anything you’ve printed out or brochures you pick up. You can see mostly Designer Series Paper with a little bit of stamping, Washi Tape, & stickers from the Memories & More Pack. There is one more page behind this one, with 2 pocket like you see in the photo above.
Alaska Incentive Trip
Thought you’d like to see what I received from Stampin’ Up! a few weeks ago. A cute zippered pouch with our badges & a Cruising Adventure Book full of information we’ll need to make the most of our trip.
Dream Like Nothing Stands in the Way
Love this! People who have known me for awhile know this about me… I dream big! I don’t always reach my goals, but I’m sure I get a lot further along by dreaming big! I’m still hoping, wishing, dreaming about next year’s incentive trip to Greece! You can help me get there by ordering from my on line store! There’s a great promotion going on during the month of July… Designer Series Paper- Buy 3, get 1 FREE!
Would you like your own Travel Organizer?
Spend $50 in my online store during the month of July and I’ll make one for you & send it out! Each one will be a little different, though, but I’m sure you’ll be happy with it! I can send you a couple of photos so that you can choose. Here’s one I made with a totally different look:
Isn’t that paper just gorgeous?!! This looks like something I’d give to someone organizing a wedding or just as a birthday or retirement gift. That Designer Series Paper, which is included in the Designer Series Paper July Special, is called Petal Promenade.
Which one do you like best?

Thanks so much, Cathy! The organizer really works & I really need it! I’m too old to depend on my phone to find my tickets, etc. So excited!!! I’ll post lots of pictures!

Hi Cheryl,
Love your organizer I saw it on a swap that Sam (pootles) shared and I love it. Did you use a 12×12 or
8 1/2 × 11 sheet of paper? I think I figured out just not sure which of both sheets of paper you use. Can you tell me the final size.
Thanks and very nice work.

Pootles showed it off?!! Wow! Guess I’m famous now…ha! I really like it & want to do a video on it, so stay tuned. But basically it starts with a file folder with pocket & you cut the top down to 9″. Fold both ends to the middle. Then you fold the middle back & tape it together. It’s really sturdy. This will force me to do my first video, because I really love this project. Thanks so much, Sonia!
