Aloha Stampers!
I know the Mini Catalog (Holiday Catalog) is really great, but let’s not forget about all the fabulous products in the Annual Catalog! My card today uses one of my favorite stamp sets, Free as a Bird, along with Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper, both found in the Annual Catalog.
I really love the images from Free as a Bird and the colors in this DSP!
Here’s my card:
This card happened because of a mistake I made on a regular Starburst Technique card. I had trimmed it down so far that I wasn’t happy with it, so I decided to cut out a circle and LOVE the results!!
In the words of Bob Ross, “There are no mistakes, only happy accidents”.
This sure seems to be true with stamping!
To paraphrase Bob Ross: “There are no mistakes in stamping, only more reasons to embellish!”
There are several things I really love about this card:
- That Starburst circle focal point!!
- The colors of this DSP
- Loose Flower Flourishes!! You really need to get these!
