Aloha Stampers!
Sometimes it’s nice to have a head start, especially when you’re making Christmas cards! The Festive Flecks Mix & Match Cards & Envelopes give you just that—the card bases and coordinating envelopes are already made for you, so you can jump right into the fun part of decorating.
This was one of the projects we made at my Bingo & Cards event on Saturday.
The Festive Flecks cards come in Poppy Parade and Garden Green, and I love that the coordinating envelopes are already decorated, too. I added the holly paper, a little embossed Poppy Parade cardstock, and a large tag to make the card my own.
For the tag, I used the Home for Christmas Bundle to add the Fa La La greetings and those big peppermint candies. The Real Red & White Peppermints in the centers are such a cute finishing touch!
I also added some texture with the Stone & Vine Embossing Folder. It’s a small detail, but I love what a little embossing adds to a card.
Bingo & Cards
We had such a fun time at Bingo on Saturday! Between making our projects, playing Bingo, and winning prizes, there was plenty of laughing going on.
And, of course, there were some fun crafting goodies involved, too!
These get-togethers are about much more than just finishing a few projects. I really enjoy having everyone around the table, visiting, laughing, and seeing how each person puts her own little touch on what we’re making.
