Silver Foil Edged Cards & Envelopes
Have you seen these Foil Edged Cards & Envelopes in the Holiday Catalog? I missed them the first couple of times I browsed the catalog… Get a pack of Gold or Silver trimmed cards (scored) with envelopes… 20 for just $9.50.
I wanted to add some sparkle to these cards & use blue, which is so pretty with silver.
The background trees are from Rooted in Nature set and are stamped in Bermuda Bay. I used the Winter Woods Bundle for that big gorgeous tree in the front! My 3 Tree Sets work so well together! Lovely As a Tree, Rooted in Nature, and Winter Woods. Love every one of them!
Here’s another one where I embossed a sheet of Whisper White cardstock before gluing it onto the silver card:
Sparkle
Look for the sparkle on the tree. I’ve used Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint which I added to a Stampin’ Spritzer with alcohol. Just mist it on & the alcohol helps it dry immediately. So fun to use on your Christmas cards!
