Birthday Celebration Bokeh Technique

Aloha Stampers!

Today I have another card using the Bokeh Technique! This technique is inspired by the dreamy, blurred effect of lights in photography.

This time I’ve done something a little differently.  My template has balloons, instead of circles!  What do you think?  I think it works really well & it’s fun to change things up a bit!

I’ve also used my stencil to add a few balloons in Bubble Bath, and not just white.  The pretty sequins you see are from the Sale-a-Bration Brochure – FREE with any $60 order now through Feb. 28th!
