December Paper Pumpkin Ideas: Beary Comforting

This month’s Paper Pumpkin Kit- Beary Comforting – includes supplies for 12 Cards and envelopes, a cute bear stamp set, and a variety of fun die-cut designs—all in a special, collectible box!  I want to show you a few of my alternative ideas for this month’s kit.

Here’s the first card I came up with:

Paper Pumpkin Beary Comforting

I turned this into a birthday card by using the new Sweet Ice Cream set along with Ice Cream Corner Sprinkles (both available Jan. 5th).

The next card is a simple Fun Fold!

I used the Rich Razzleberry piece from the kit and scored it at 1/4″ on the side.  Then I added Soft Seafoam cardstock to the inside, mainly to cover the 1/4″ piece I’d just glued there.

I stamped the bear using Rich Razzleberry and colored it using Crumb Cake & Rococo Rose Stampin’ Blends.  I had to be careful not to smear the ink, so I just avoided going over the Razzleberry ink too much.  I could also have stamped it on Crumb Cake & it would have turned out well.  It was simple to fussy cut this image.

Tonight we have our monthly Paper Pumpkin Party!  6 pm at my house.  Don’t let those kits pile up!!
