I’m really excited to share my project today and I love how it turned out! I’m pushing myself to participate in more challenges to help me find the creativity that sometimes is hiding from me!
My card started with this challenge from Freshly Made Sketches
To start, I reached for a stamp set that was on my desk, Circle of Spring. I started out making a black & white card, using the Shimmery White Card Stock for the wreath. I decided it needed some color…& what’s more colorful than Melon Mambo!
The pink is embossed with Lovely Lace embossing folder and it’s tied using 1/8″ silver ribbon. And don’t you love that sentiment? I use it all the time! It’s from the set Amazing Birthday.
I wish you could see the sparkles on this paper, but you’ll just have to take my word for it! I colored the flowers using Melon Mambo & Blushing Bride Markers & embellished it with some Pearl Basic Jewels.
Please leave me a comment & let me know what you think about the card. If you suggest it, I’ll try doing it in a different color! Told you I’m into challenges now-days.
Thanks for stopping by today!
