ICS Blog Hop – Spring is Coming!

I was looking through my Designer Series Paper and came across this gorgeous vellum paper!  Sometimes I’m not sure what to do with vellum, so I’m really pleased with the way this card came out!

It may seem strange to make a sympathy card for a Spring Card, but I like to make extra pretty sympathy cards, and I think whoever receives this will see the love I put into it.

I started out with a pink flowery card, but changed the focus to be ferns.  I’ve even embossed the edge with Fern 3D Embossing Folders. Who else LOVES embossing?! I see lots of you out there!

Here are the dimensions for this Card:

• Soft Sea Foam card base: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
• Soft Sea Foam: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ and 1 1/4″ x 4″
• Vellum Basics: 4″ x 4″
