Today the Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspiration Team has a Color Challenge for you!
I’m using the FREE Sale-A-Bration stamp set called Avant-Garden. I started with an idea I found from Amy Koenders in Georgia.
Don’t you just LOVE those colors together!
This will be one of the cards we’ll be making at our Cards, Etc. February Classes. 2 dates to choose from:
Saturday, Feb. 25, at 2pm or Monday, Feb. 27 at 10am. RSVP to hold your spot in class!
Card Details:
- Stamps: Avant-Garden
- Inks: Old Olive & Watermelon Wonder
- Paper: Watermelon Wonder Card Base (5 1/2 X 11, score at 4 1/4), So Saffron (5 1/4 X 4), Whisper White (5 1/8 X 3 7/8)
- Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies (LOVE THESE!)
- Details: I’ve stamped some images directly on the card, then stamped again without re-inking
Even my wall is So Saffron! Ha! How many of you find yourself naming things around you in Stampin’ Up! colors?!! I do it all the time & my husband finds it pretty funny!
We’d love to have you join our color challenge! CLICK HERE to join and to see other samples from the team.
This is about the only thing I haven’t gotten from the SAB brochure….yet. Guess I need to buy a few things so I can get it! Great card Cheryl!
Thanks Cathy! We need it ALL!!!
Love this card, Cheryl! I have the stamp set (yay, SAB!), so I think I may need to case your project for a swap I’m participating in. Funny how you mentioned describing things in SU! colors…I do it when hubby and I are on road trips, and I did so while visiting Maui in December! (He laughs, too.)
Thanks Connie! I’m happy you’re going to re-do it!
